Most of our mold designers have been on the job for over 10
years, some for even 20 years. They've mastered both 2-D and
3-D technologies, their skills growing with the development of
computerized tools, from Pro-E and UGS NX3, to Mastercam
9.0 and 2005 versions of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
We ensure tight tolerance indices of 0.02-0.05mm by using
Mold-Master hot runner systems and Husky injection molding
equipment. We can make metal or plastic molds as large as
1.2 meters, and small precision inserts with +/-0.01mm tolerance.
High-grade steel from Uddeholm and International Mold Steel
ensure reliability. We accept custom jobs for electronic products,
computers, auto parts and medical devices.
